Tempora Mutantur is an experimental short film that questions the relation between sound and picture in the context of an audience's perception of time. The author experiments with the editing of sound announcing slowly revealed a picture. Fastened and slowed pictures, in comparison with the normal speed of sound, creates a time gap left to the imagination of the spectator. The film is intertwined with the motives of the author's games located in a public space in the city of Zagreb.
